Taurus is actually much more pure and sincere than what everyone sees.
No matter how many storms Taurus has weathered, no matter how many worldly hues they’ve taken on, or what labels they’ve been given, they never forget what they truly wanted in the first place. For a mature Taurus, what changes is merely the way they interact with others—what remains unchanged is their heart’s pursuit of purity.
Take romance, for example. What does modern dating look like? Mostly swiping on social apps, exchanging a few casual messages, glancing at photos, and then declaring “like,” followed by half-hearted attempts at pursuit—as if browsing a wholesale market of trinkets, full of options but utterly devoid of novelty. If one has flaws, it’s instantly discarded for the next.
But in such an environment, Taurus refuses to go with the flow. There’s a stubbornness and tenacity within them.
Taurus believes that no matter what, their relationship must have sincerity, a process of mutual understanding, emotional sparks, as well as material and temporal support.
The two should be able to sit down quietly and discuss their thoughts, share their likes and dislikes, and reveal their personalities.

In this era where everything is rushed, Taurus also longs for a relationship that slows down. They may stubbornly desire a sense of ceremony—flowers, surprises, and sweet nothings whispered while gazing into each other’s eyes.
It may sound somewhat naive, somewhat idealistic, and some might even say: “How foolish! Such relationships are rare in this world—it’s not like we’re three-year-olds anymore.”
So what? Taurus doesn’t care what you think, nor will they pay attention to how others judge their actions. Taurus only follows what their heart believes in.
It’s not just about relationships—Taurus approaches career, studies, and even daily life the same way.
Taurus will never be drowned by so-called material things.
Because all their persistence, whether worldly or calculated, ultimately isn’t about those material things at all.
It might be hard for many to believe, but deep down, Taurus truly harbors a kind of idealism that belongs solely to them. It may be pure and simple, or perhaps elusive and impractical, which is why Taurus is unwilling to speak of it—and never will.
Yet for this utopia of theirs, whether others understand or not, Taurus is willing to endure the struggles, the exhaustion, and all the hardships.

I clearly don’t ask for that much, and I’ve been making step-by-step efforts, enduring so many setbacks—so why haven’t I yet seen the version of myself I’ve been hoping for?
When overwhelmed by this sense of helplessness, Taureans will zone out for a while, retreat into silence, reflect deeply, and sometimes even consider giving up. But they won’t stop what they’re currently doing—this is their sense of responsibility, as well as a way to leave themselves a fallback and a glimmer of hope. Then, on an ordinary day, they’ll gather their strength and start anew.
Because when they look back, they see the purity of what they initially held onto—that original intention.
They stubbornly choose to walk this path with their heads held high, even if others don’t understand or approve.
